1. How much are the shipping costs within Germany?

Shipping for our tables is free throughout Germany. Depending on the product, delivery is made either by courier or by a freight forwarding company to the curbside. Our dining tables are exclusively delivered by our freight forwarding partners.

International Shipping: Shipping costs for deliveries outside of Germany are calculated individually. We will provide you with the exact costs upon request. Please note that additional import or customs fees may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries. These are not included in our shipping costs.

2. How will my order be shipped?

Smaller items, such as table frames or side tables, are shipped via standard delivery services like DHL. Larger dining tables are transported by freight forwarding companies.

3. How long does delivery take?

If you order a standard table from our online shop with the specified dimensions and a white or black table base, the delivery time is approximately 30 days from receipt of payment.

Custom-made or individually configured orders typically take 8 weeks. If delivery times differ, we will inform you in advance.

4. Can I track my shipment?

For larger items such as dining tables, we personally coordinate the delivery date with you. Once the delivery is scheduled, you will receive a notification.

5. How are the products packaged?

We ensure that your order arrives safely and undamaged. Large tabletops are packed in a sturdy wooden crate and shipped by freight forwarding.

Assembly: We do not offer an assembly service. A simple assembly manual is included. If you have any questions about assembly, our customer service is happy to assist you.

6. My marble has small cracks or holes – is that normal?

Small cracks or holes in natural stone are completely normal and are a testament to its unique formation process. These fascinating materials have been created over millions of years under extreme pressure and high temperatures. During this process, crystals, minerals, and organic substances combined, creating stunning veins, color variations, and sometimes small natural depressions or fine hairline cracks—affectionately called "Taroli" in Italy.

Taroli are tiny inclusions or mini craters that can occur due to cleavable minerals such as calcite or dolomite. Additionally, former microorganisms that have since decomposed may have left behind small cavities. These features only become visible after the stone is ground and polished. The number of such indentations depends on the specific type of stone and how it has been processed. They are a natural part of the material—comparable to knots in wood or scars in genuine leather—making each stone slab a true one-of-a-kind.

7. Will my tabletop look exactly like the product photos?

Since natural stone is a unique material, no two slabs are identical. Our product images give you a good idea of the type of stone, but they cannot exactly match the individual pattern of your tabletop. However, our experts carefully select particularly beautiful sections for each table.

8. Do I need to be home for the delivery?

For freight forwarding deliveries, we arrange a delivery appointment with you by phone in advance. Please ensure that someone is present to receive the order, as a signature is required.

For smaller shipments, you will receive a tracking link to make sure you can receive the package.

9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage before accepting the delivery:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product.

  • Note the damages on the delivery slip and have the courier confirm it. Be sure to include the date, time, and details of the damage. Have the courier sign the delivery slip as confirmation.

  • Contact us within 48 hours via email or phone so that we can find a solution together.

10. Can I return my order?

You have a 14-day return policy for unused standard items. Custom-made orders or individually painted tables in RAL colors are excluded from returns unless there is a quality defect.

11. What are the return shipping costs?

Standard models without custom RAL paint can be returned at your own expense within 30 days. Please contact our customer service for a return label. Ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage.

For freight forwarding returns, a handling fee applies, which depends on the size and pickup location and corresponds to the cost of shipping.

12. I have not received an order confirmation – what should I do?

The order confirmation is automatically sent via email. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact our customer service.

13. How can I order a table with a custom RAL color?

When placing your order, select the “individual RAL colors” option. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm the desired color. You can find an overview of all 216 RAL Classic colors on our website.

14. What is the table base made of?

Our table bases are made using an aluminum casting process and consist of solid yet lightweight aluminum. This ensures the necessary stability and durability. The surface is sealed with a durable coating.

For cleaning, we recommend using a soft dust cloth to prevent micro-scratches.
